Initiate Your Request

Prepare the Package
Carefully repack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
